Belinda Pollock

Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist

About me

Belinda Pollock is a bilingual (English/French) psychotherapist and clinical psychologist based in Switzerland. She integrates Brainspotting with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation within a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach. Belinda offers a human, compassionate, and holistic therapeutic space for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, existential challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people she works with are thoughtful, capable individuals who appear to cope well externally whilst struggling internally.
