In line with confidentiality procedures, all personal and private information must remain confidential within the group. All communications should not identify individuals to which any issues relate. Person-identifiable information is anything that contains the means to identify a person, e.g. name, address, specific and identifiable symptoms, specific personal relationships, postcode, date of birth, etc. We highly value all client’s and trainees confidentiality and right to privacy.
BSPUK adheres to the following policy in relation to the deployment of email communications:
- All emails sent to you by BSPUK will clearly identify BSPUK as the sender.
- All emails sent to you by BSPUK will include an option to unsubscribe from future email messages.
- You may unsubscribe from ALL BSPUK mailing lists, with the exception of any emails regarding product updates or renewals.
- BSPUK sends emails to customers and prospects in both plain text and HTML email formats. Emails are sent using sender email firstname.lastname@example.org
- BSPUK will not use third-party companies to send emails on its behalf.
If you receive an email which claims to come from BSPUK which does not use this domain, or if you are suspicious that an email may not be an approved BSPUK email communication, then please send a copy of the email to email@example.com so we can investigate.
