I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist, which means that I accept and support clients regardless of their neurotype and work flexibly around my client’s needs. I welcome all clients regardless of neurotype, gender, sexuality, or cultural background, and I bring my lived experience to my work with autistic and ADHD clients. I am also bisexual, and my practice is LGBTQ-affirming. My work with clients is wide-ranging, but often people come to me when they are experiencing burnout, trauma, anxiety and depression, bereavement, loss, major life changes, feeling stuck, unable to cope, recovery from coercive control or experiencing existential crisis.
