Somatic coaching is central to my work, recognising the deep connection between our bodies and minds. By integrating bodily sensations and movements, we can unlock greater self-awareness and process emotions in a more embodied way. This approach allows for deeper healing on both a physical and emotional level, fostering profound personal growth and healing.
