How to download the MP3 files:

• Select each track by clicking on the title then click the ‘Download’ button in the bar
• Save the file to your ‘Downloads’ folder or to a suitable folder on your computer
• You can then access the file on your computer by opening the folder that you saved the files in
• Transfer these files to your phone or MP3 music device using a suitable method for use at the training
