About me

I am a qualified Trauma Informed Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with experience of working with many issues including Trauma and Complex Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Disordered Eating. I work collaboratively with clients using different approaches and techniques to suit you, incorporating the link between brain and body. I am trained in several trauma therapies including Brainspotting (Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3) and Rewind Therapy, as well as many other general approaches. We will discuss what feels right for you as my approach is tailored to your individual experience. I aim to help you to build resilience and support you to work out how you can move forward more positively with your life.

  • Brainspotting Qualification: Trained in Brainspotting
  • Professional Body: Accredited Professional Member (NCPS) and Registered Member (BACP)
  • Works with: Adults
  • Other Specialist Areas: In addition to my work with adults of all ages I have a special interest in working with young people aged 11 and older. I also have a special interest in working with Disordered Eating with both adults and young people. I have completed extensive post graduate training and clinical experience in these areas.
