The piece is a transcript of a conversation held between two person-centred therapists. One of the therapists is also a practitioner of Brainspotting, a trauma therapy developed by David Grand that utilizes the natural phenomenon whereby eye positions correspond to the position where key information in the deep brain is stored. It is a somatic approach so the client processes mindfully from activations felt within the body.
