I first heard of Dr. David Grand and Brainspotting from an EMDR Therapist that I interviewed. I read his most recent book, which included all of this information, however, it also included about 80% more that was historical. Yes, it’s nice to know where and how an idea was developed, but in this short less than 15 minute vid, I learned more material faster and more complete than reading the book.
